Especially for Halloween, the Dutch Mountain Film Festival is organising a unique movie night on location with Kabelbaan Valkenburg.
Watch the chilling ski lift horror film Frozen in the caves at the foot of the cable car and take a ride in the chairlift if you still dare.
Because after this film, you'll never be so relaxed in a ski lift again! In Frozen, three skiers get stuck in the chairlift. If they do nothing, they freeze to death, but climbing out of the lift also turns out to be life-threatening...
Frozen premiered at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival and was nominated for best horror film of 2010. The New York Times appreciated the maximum amount of suspense staged in the minimal setting: ‘a smart icy drama’.
Can't or dare not attend on 31 October? On 2 November, the feel-good cable car film Gondola can be seen at the foot of the chairlift.
