Pianist David Voncken will be the guest at this special Château-concert in November. Pianist Kasper Schonewille has invited him to perform Beethoven’s iconic Fifth Symphony together in a rare arrangement for two pianos.

The programme also features a special movement from Ferdinand Ries’ unique trio for two pianos and harp. Ries was not only Beethoven’s most important pupil, but also his loyal friend and assistant.

Also on the programme are Ries’ piano variations on the famous folk song The Last Rose of Summer and the Mondscheinsonate in an arrangement for harp, performed by Oxana Thijssen.

Start: 2:30 PM.
