Are there any advantageous promotions to come to Christmas Town Valkenburg?

Where do I buy my tickets?

Tickets are only available online and must be purchased in advance through the ticket shop. Tickets are issued by date and time slot. Planning to visit multiple activities? Make sure to reserve enough time between visits (approx. 1.5 hours per cave). Once booked, your visit is fixed and cannot be changed.

Are combi tickets available?

This year you can buy a convenient combi ticket (with €5 discount) that gives you access to both MergelRijk and the Velvet Cave Christmas Market. With this ticket, you benefit from a reduced rate and experience two unique Christmas attractions in one. Order your combi ticket easily via our ticket shop.
At the moment, no combi tickets are available for the other attractions – separate tickets need to be purchased for these.

If I bought tickets and I or someone close to me gets sick and we can't come, will I get my money back?

Are there also group tickets?

Yes, for both Christmas markets in the caves, it is possible to purchase group tickets starting from 20 people. These can be ordered online. Select the date and time for an activity, choose the group tickets, and click on “order”. The tickets will be added to your shopping basket. After payment, you will receive the tickets immediately as a download and by email.

Please make sure to be at the cave at the indicated time! Only then will your ticket be valid, not earlier and not later.

I bought tickets for the 11:00-11:30 time slot. Do I have to leave the cave within half an hour?

No, the time slot of half an hour allows you to enter the cave between 11.00 and 11.30 am. You have on average 1 to 1.5 hours to visit a cave.
