I have lost my tickets, what now?

That's not nice, but don't worry, we can solve that for you.

Are there any advantageous promotions to come to Christmas Town Valkenburg?

• You travel in South Limburg for only €5 (round trip)
• The ticket is valid for one adult and two children (up to 11 years old)
• You can travel during off-peak hours (all day on weekends and public holidays and during the week from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM and from 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM).

The ticket is also valid at all intermediate stations (to Valkenburg).

Where do I buy my tickets?

Tickets are only available online and must be purchased in advance through the ticket shop. Tickets are available by date and time slot. Do you want to order tickets for multiple activities all at once? That is possible, also for different dates! Place your tickets in the shopping basket and continue shopping for other Christmas activities. This way you can put together your own (multi-day) visit to Christmas Town Valkenburg. Then you pay in one go. Make sure you take enough time to visit the activities (a visit to one of the caves takes about 1.5 hours). Once booked, it is not possible to deviate from your booking.

Are combo tickets also for sale?

You can combine the activities yourself by choosing tickets for multiple activities and then paying for them in one go. Choose a date, time and tickets for each activity and click on order. Then choose another activity and repeat the steps of date, time, tickets and order. The tickets will be placed in your shopping basket. At the last activity, follow the steps to checkout all tickets at once. Please make sure to reserve enough time between the activities (a visit to one of the caves takes about 1.5 hours). Once booked, it is not possible to deviate from your booking. You will receive your tickets in a download and by email.

If I bought tickets and I or someone close to me gets sick and we can't come, will I get my money back?

Please contact the activity or support@tickli.nl. We will then see if the tickets can be moved to another date and time.

Are there also group tickets?

Yes, it is possible to buy group tickets for both Christmas markets in the caves from 20 people upwards. These can be ordered online. Tickets for different activities can be ordered at the same time. Select a date and time for an activity, group tickets and click on order. Then choose another activity and repeat the steps of date, time, tickets and ordering. The tickets will be placed in your shopping basket. At the last activity, follow the steps to checkout all tickets at once. Please make sure to reserve enough time between the activities (a visit to one of the caves takes about 1.5 hours). Once booked, it is not possible to deviate from your booking. You will receive your tickets in a download and by email.

• Please make sure that you are present at the cave at the specified time! Only then can you enter and will your ticket be valid. Not before and not after.

I bought tickets for the 11:00-11:30 time slot. Do I have to leave the cave within half an hour?

No, the time slot of half an hour allows you to enter the cave between 11.00 and 11.30 am. You have on average 1 to 1.5 hours to visit a cave.
